Important Shipping Update: Canada Post Strike and Delivery Delays

Attention to Our Valued Canadian Customers: Canada Post Strike Impact

As of 12:01 AM Eastern Time on November 15th (1:01 PM China Standard Time), Canada Post has initiated a nationwide strike that is progressively intensifying. Unfortunately, during the strike, Canada Post will not be providing any airport pickups, customs clearance, or delivery services. The exact timeline for resumption of services remains unclear at this moment.

We want to inform all customers with orders shipped to Canada that, as our shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, they are handled and delivered by Canada Post once they arrive in Canada. Therefore, delays are inevitable for any orders placed after November 14th.

While we are fully committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order, due to the strike, it is possible that these shipments will not arrive within the expected time frame. We encourage you to stay updated with the latest news regarding Canada Post’s operations through their official website www.canadapost.ca and the union’s website www.cupw.ca.

For customers with orders that may be delayed beyond the expected delivery date, we understand this could be frustrating. If you are no longer willing to wait for your order, or if the order status shows "Not Shipped," you can contact our customer service team at 1stxulie@support.com to request a cancellation and refund. We truly apologize for any inconvenience caused by these external factors beyond our control.

If you are considering placing a new order to Canada, please be aware of the possible delays due to the strike. Our logistics team is closely monitoring the situation every day, and as soon as Canada Post resumes operations, we will promptly ship your package to the airline for delivery to Canada.
