As we welcome the 2025 Chinese New Year, the entire 1ST XULIE team would like to extend our warmest wishes to all of our valued customers and fans! 🎉✨ The Spring Festival is a time of reunion, joy, and celebration in China, and we’re excited to share this special time with you.
To accommodate the holiday season, our team will be observing the Chinese New Year holiday from January 26 to February 12. Here’s what you need to know about our operations during this period:
📢 Customer Service Availability
During the holiday, our customer service team will operate on a reduced schedule, with limited staff available. While we will still be responding to inquiries, response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
📦 Shipping & Order Processing
- Warehouse Operations: A limited team member will remain on duty to process orders. However, due to reduced staffing, order preparation time will be extended from 2-3 business days to 4-5 business days.
- Manufacturing Delays: Our partner factories will also be on holiday, which means certain gold-plated and new-release products may experience shipping delays until after February 12.
If you are planning to place an order, we recommend doing so in advance to avoid longer wait times.
