Chinese New Year Holiday Schedule & Order Processing Notice

The Chinese New Year holiday is approaching, and as our headquarters and warehouse are located in China, our operations will be affected during this period.

Holiday Schedule Overview:

• Logistics & International Flights:
  February 12 – February 24

• Warehouse Department (Packing & Shipping):
  February 12 – February 23
  Packing operations will resume on February 23

• Customer Support Team:
  February 12 – February 23
  Limited customer service staff will be on duty from February 17 – February 23

Order Processing Impact:

• Orders placed from February 11 onward will experience an extended processing time.

• Order handling will resume after February 23, with an estimated processing delay of up to 12 days.

Important Update on Silver Jewelry Pricing

Since the end of 2025, global precious metal prices — especially silver — have risen sharply. In recent months, silver prices have nearly doubled, creating significant pressure on production costs.

Between November 2025 and February 2026, many orders containing solid silver jewelry were fulfilled at little to no profit, and in some cases at a loss, once material costs, international shipping, and customs duties were taken into account.

To ensure sustainable operations and consistent product quality, our operations team will begin adjusting prices for selected solid silver designs between February and March.
These adjustments will be calculated based on the actual silver weight of each product, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.

For customers who prioritize value and affordability, we will also introduce brass-based material options for selected best-selling silver styles, allowing more flexibility in choosing materials that fit different budgets.
