Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed by our team in Shenzhen, China. Most orders ship from our Shenzhen warehouse, while selected products may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

We typically prepare and dispatch in-stock orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If you cannot find it, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Delivery Estimates & Peak-Season Delays

The delivery times shown for each destination are estimates based on the average time it takes for our customers in that country to receive their orders. They are not guaranteed arrival dates, and some parcels may take longer. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing or preorder preparation time.

During major shopping seasons, including Black Friday and Christmas, increased parcel volumes can put extra pressure on international logistics hubs, airline cargo capacity, and local delivery networks. Limited flight availability and congestion at sorting facilities in the destination country may extend transit times beyond our usual estimates. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.

Please order early if you need your items for a holiday, gift, or special occasion. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact support@1stxulie.com, and our team will help you check its progress.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow approximately 48 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.

We generally provide end-to-end shipment tracking, rather than only a local delivery tracking number. For shipments from China, this covers the journey from our Shenzhen logistics transit hub, through customs clearance and arrival in the destination country, to local delivery.

Tracking updates depend on carrier scans, so there may occasionally be gaps between updates while your parcel is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.

We work with carriers such as USPS, DHL, and local delivery partners, depending on the shipping route and destination. If you need a separate last-mile tracking number for your local postal service or delivery carrier, please contact support@1stxulie.com.

Customs, Duties & Southeast Asian Postal Shipments

Customs duties are covered under our regular shipping arrangements. However, an exception may apply to certain postal shipments to Southeast Asia.

Occasionally, changes in air-freight routes may make our usual shipping service unavailable for specific delivery addresses. To help your order reach you without unnecessary delays, we may use a postal shipping service instead.

These postal shipments may incur additional import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient. These charges are generally modest, but the final amount is determined by local customs and may vary by destination and shipment value. We cannot guarantee a specific amount.

Free shipping does not cover these additional import charges when this postal-shipping exception applies.

Preorders

Preorder items typically require 5–10 business days before dispatch. Preorder status is indicated on the product page or purchase button.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Please contact us for the estimated dispatch or restock date of a specific preorder item.

Order Processing Delays

During promotions or periods of high demand, order preparation may take longer due to increased order volumes or temporary stock shortages.

We apologize for these delays and offer compensation, such as complimentary gifts or discount codes, for affected orders. Please contact our team for an update and assistance with your order.

Refund Policy

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!❤

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

1. For problematic returns such as defective ones, you can request a replacement or refund with picture proof.

2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit or the customer can send it back to our US warehouse for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@1stxulie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees if it is a non-problematic return.

We recommend you send back any returns using a signed postal service. Once our warehouse receives your returned parcel, it will process your refund. The refund will be sent to your original payment method within 3 business days after processing. The exact time it appears in your account depends on your payment bank's processing time. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please also note that if the customer decides to ship the item back, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping cost, but we are working hard on collaborating with logistics partners to cover the return shipping cost.

About our necklaces:

Regarding our necklaces, most of them either 18K real platinum-plated or 925 sterling silver material. We employ the best technology - vacuum plating in a furnace - to ensure that each piece lasts for a long period of time. Additionally, all our jewelry has an extra layer of protection for added strength and luster, making them perfect for everyday wear.

About our rings:

Most of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver. Meanwhile, a small number of our rings are made of either 18K real platinum-plated over stainless steel and copper.

About our earrings:

All of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver pins. To provide a variety of options, we have 925 sterling silver and 18K platinum plated options.

About our base metal:

We use brass for our plated jewelry due to its unique properties and advantages. Brass is relatively more expensive and durable compared to cheap alloys/stainless steel available in the market. Additionally, it's a versatile metal that can be shaped and crafted into intricate designs, enabling us to create stunning and unique jewelry styles that may be more challenging with other metals. While using sterling silver can result in significantly higher prices, especially for our larger pieces, brass can offer a delicate look similar to vermeil jewelry.

About our stones:

Our diamond jewelry features high-quality zirconia stones. With the correct cutting techniques, they shine just like real diamonds. Most of our gemstones are zirconia gemstones since natural stone are often higher in price and their quality are very unstable. We worked with high-quality factories around the world, making our opal stone, moonstone and other color gemstone pieces even shinier than the natural stone!
